Dr. Bezan received his Bachelors of Science degree from the University of Illinois with a major in Microbiology and a Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Washington University. He received a Certificate fom the United States Public Health System for completing a two year Advanced General Practice Residency and a Certificate in Endodontics from the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Academy of General Dentistry and has served as specialty consultant to the W.W. Hastings Hospital Advanced General Practice Residency Program. He is a member of the American Association of Endodontists, Oklahoma Association of Endodontists, American Dental Association, Oklahoma Dental Association and the Tulsa County Dental Association. He is married and has one child.
