We accept assignment of dental insurance benefits whenever possible.  In order to process your insurance claim properly you will need to provide us with your dental insurance card, complete information on the primary insurance holder and proof of identification.  Co-payments (the percentage of the fees that the patient must pay) are due in full on the date of treatment. All quoted co-payments are considered estimates only.  We will be glad to file pre-treatment estimates with your dental insurance carrier.  Many insurance carriers can now be accessed via the Internet and Pretreatment Estimates can be obtained quickly by dental offices.  This access via the Internet may also allow you, as the policy holder to view your dental insurance information on coverage and benefits.

Our doctors are net work providers, or preferred providers for some dental insurance plans.  If you have a question about our participation in your specific dental network please call your dental insurance carrier and ask if we are listed as a preferred provider for your plan.

A final note on insurance.  We will make every effort to assist you with maximizing your dental insurance benefits.  It is important for you to understand that regardless of insurance estimated coverage you remain responsible for your account.  Please call our Insurance Clerk to discuss any questions you may have about your dental insurance coverage in our office.
