Dr. Warden is a graduate of the University of Southern California where he received his Bachelors of Science degree in Biology. He received his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Pittsburgh. He has received a Certificate for completing a General Practice Residency and a Certificate in Endodontics from the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Long Beach, California. Dr. Warden is a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry and the American Association of Hospital Dentists. Dr. Warden is a Diplomate in Special Care Dentistry. He is a member of the American Association of Endodontists, Oklahoma Association of Endodontists, American Dental Association, Oklahoma Dental Association and the Tulsa County Dental Association. He is married and has two children.
